The State-owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to lease two warehouses and their surrounding area, located in Pul-e-Charkhi, for a monthly rent of AFN 122,500 per unit.

Eligible individuals and companies who need the mentioned property and are willing to offer a higher rent are requested to submit their applications within 7 days from the date of this announcement to the Property Management Department of Arzaq Company, located next to the central silo, and be present on the day of the auction.

The official terms and conditions document can be obtained for a fixed, non-refundable fee. A cash deposit as a guarantee will also be required.
