Tender/Auction Notice

The State-owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to lease out its vacant one jerib plot of land located in Qala-e-Najjarah of Khairkhana Mina, adjacent to Kindergarten No. 2, on a monthly rent basis starting from AFN 12,200.

Eligible individuals and companies interested in the above-mentioned property and willing to offer a higher rent may submit their applications to the Property Management Directorate of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, located adjacent to the Central Silo, within 14 days from the date of publication of this announcement, and appear on the day of the tender (auction).

The prepared terms and conditions document may be obtained upon payment of a specified non-refundable fee. A cash guarantee/deposit will also be required.
