Two-Day Training Workshop for Provincial Managers of the State—Owned Corporation of ARZAQ Begins

A two-day training workshop for provincial managers from 33 provinces of the country has been launched by the State—Owned Corporation of ARZAQ, aimed at improving managerial affairs. The workshop is being held in the company’s conference hall.

At the opening ceremony, the company’s CEO Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, Head of Finance and Administration Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Head of Commercial Development Mawlawi Nik Mohammad Motasim, and heads of various departments participated. The ceremony began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran.

Following this, CEO Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi welcomed the participants and spoke about the importance of the workshop.

Speaking in light of Islamic Sharia, he stated that all global advancements, inventions, and technologies are derived from the guidance of the Holy Quran. He emphasized that everyone should understand the objectives and truths of the Quran and adopt it as a guide for their lives.

Mr. Rafi also shared valuable insights on global politics, governance, commercial, and social affairs, adding that the fundamental path to achieving all goals is education and knowledge. He noted that raising scientific and cultural levels paves the way for economic development and self-sufficiency of the country.

The CEO urged participants to share their experiences with one another, highlighting that the exchange of experiences plays a significant role in improving work processes and solving problems. He also emphasized the importance of organizing such training programs for enhancing managerial capacity and effectiveness among employees.

In his concluding remarks, Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi called on provincial managers to accelerate their work and increase coordination with the central administration to resolve existing challenges and prevent delays in service delivery.

Afterward, the training program of the workshop officially commenced. It is planned that relevant departments of the company will present key topics in their specialized and professional fields to participants over the course of two days.
