Bilateral Cooperation Agreement Signed Between the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq and Afghanistan Oil and Gas Companies

A bilateral cooperation agreement in the areas of trade and investment has been signed between the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, affiliated with the General Directorate of State-Owned Enterprises, and the Afghanistan State-Owned Oil and Gas Company.

The 23-article bilateral agreement was signed at the headquarters of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq by Mawlawi Abdul Raziq Rafi, Executive Director of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, and Mufti Mohammad Naeem Noman, Director of Commercial Properties and License Registration at the Afghanistan State-Owned Oil and Gas Company.

During the signing ceremony, both sides stated that the signing of this agreement would be an important step toward the growth and development of trade, the creation of investment opportunities, and the strengthening of joint economic activities among state-owned companies.

Under the agreement, the two state-owned companies will undertake joint activities and provide joint services aimed at strengthening long-term cooperation, expanding commercial activities, improving the quality of services, and providing greater facilities and convenience to citizens.

The agreement also includes the construction of a modern fuel station on properties belonging to the two companies. With the implementation of this project, commercial cooperation between the two companies will expand, and new avenues for investment will be created.

It is worth noting that the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq is seeking to further strengthen the trade and investment sectors, expand its commercial activities, and accelerate the process of providing services to the citizens of the country.
