The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Directorate of Paktia Province intends to lease out its related property, consisting of two active buildings with an area of one jerib of land, located on the southern side of the Mustofiat of Gardez city, through an open tender process.

Companies, institutions, and individuals who meet the requirements and are interested in leasing the mentioned property may submit their applications to the General Directorate of State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq of Paktia within (14) working days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The tender document can be obtained upon payment of the specified fee, and participants must attend on the day of the bidding. A cash guarantee will be required.
