In Ghazni province, construction work is underway on a commercial market located on the property of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq.
This project has been granted to a private company under a partnership contract to build a modern three-story commercial market. Currently, construction work on the first floor of the market is in progress.
The project is situated in the third planned district of Ghazni city, covering an area of 1,900 square meters. The commercial market will include 236 shops, the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, office and a mosque.
It is expected that this project will not only promote business growth but also create convenience for the residents of the city.
After the completion and operation of the market, the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq will receive 30 percent of the market’s annual revenue.
Economic experts consider such investment projects beneficial and effective for strengthening urban trade, improving people’s livelihoods, and promoting economic growth.
