The regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the State -owned Corporation of Arzaq was held.
The regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the State -owned Corporation of Arzaq took place yesterday. The meeting was chaired by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mawlawi Abdul Raziq Rafi.
Participants included the Director of Finance and Administration, Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh; the Director for Commercial Development, Mawlawi Nik Mohammad Motasim; as well as the heads of procurement, properties, finance, project implementation, personnel affairs, and services, together with the managers of guidance and outreach, control, audit, and planning. The meeting began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran.
At the beginning of the session, CEO Mawlawi Abdul Raziq Rafi stated that the main purpose of the gathering was to advance the company’s activities, improve work performance, and hear each other’s views in order to pave the way for providing better services.
Afterward, discussions were held on new agenda items. Topics included the company’s properties, operational progress, the mechanism of contracting with state institutions, creating facilities in provincial and central offices, and addressing existing challenges.
During the meeting, most agenda items—considered among the company’s core operational priorities—were approved by the Executive Committee.
At the conclusion, the head of the Executive Committee, Mawlawi Abdul Raziq Rafi, and the Director of Commercial Development, Mawlawi Syed Nik Mohammad Motasim, emphasized accelerating and strengthening the company’s activities and service delivery process, and also presented several recommendations in certain areas. The meeting ended with a closing prayer.
