The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq requires the provision and procurement of internet services with a speed of 25MB (P2P), using Microwave technology, for its central office located adjacent to the Central Silo in Kabul, under a one-year contract.

Therefore, all internet service companies and interested bidders are hereby informed that they may obtain the soft Request for Quotation (RFQ) form through the link below and submit their offers in sealed form, in accordance with the conditions and provisions of the Procurement Law and Procedures, within (7) days from the date of publication of this announcement, to the Procurement Directorate – Purchasing Management of State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, located adjacent to the Central Silo, Kabul, Afghanistan.

It is worth mentioning that:

• Late submissions or offers sent via the internet will not be accepted.
• The bid opening session will be held on the date.
