The activities of the employees of the General Directorate of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq in Ghazni province were evaluated.
Qari Abdul Basit Abu Tariq, the General Director of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq in Ghazni, stated that the work performance of the employees of this directorate was monitored and evaluated by the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Commission.
He added that this monitoring and evaluation process was initiated based on the directive of the Prime Minister and is being conducted across all civil institutions, including the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq Directorate of Ghazni.
He mentioned that during this evaluation, the work plans, annual reports, and other administrative documents of three staff members of the directorate were reviewed in the presence of their direct supervisors and the provincial committee.
Qari Abu Tariq clarified that this committee included representatives from the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Commission, representatives from the provincial governor's office, and direct supervisors from the relevant department, who assessed the employees' activities.
He assured that the overall results of this evaluation have been positive and will be officially announced after review and consideration by the committee.
