Executive Director of State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Makes Official Visit to the Eastern Zone Provinces

Mawlawi Abdul Razq Rafi, Executive Director of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, undertook an official visit to the provinces of the Eastern Zone last Tuesday, during which he closely inspected and assessed the status of the company’s administrative affairs, commercial properties, and infrastructure projects.

He was accompanied on the trip by Mohammad Noman Nader, Head of the Real Estate Department; Haji Toryali Mohammadi, General Manager of Provincial Accounts Implementation; and Rahmani Omir, Secretary of the Directorate.

Following his visit to a commercial market in Nangarhar Province, the Executive Director also visited an important commercial market belonging to the company in Kunar Province. The assessment and pricing process with the market’s contracted party was conducted in the presence of representatives of the Provincial Governor’s Office, the Municipality, and the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, and the outcome was deemed satisfactory by the contracted party.

During the visit, Mawlawi Abdul Razq Rafi issued a number of recommendations to the Arzaq directors of Nangarhar and Kunar provinces, urging them to make greater efforts to further improve the progress of affairs, ensure better implementation of infrastructure projects, and properly protect and maintain the company’s properties.

As part of the visit, Gul Agha Naeemi, Director of Arzaq in Nangarhar Province, and Karim Khan Kalyawal, Director of Arzaq in Kunar Province, provided the Executive Director with information regarding the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq real estate properties, infrastructure activities, and administrative affairs in the respective provinces. They also discussed the existing challenges and relevant proposals.

Following the conclusion of the visit, the Executive Director of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq returned to his office the day before yesterday.
