Job Purpose (Summary):
To organize and manage the company’s trade agreements with business partners based on company policies, legal documents, and strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans according to the company’s commercial plans.
- Draft and arrange partnership agreements with government agencies and the private sector to support company growth.
- Provide coordination and feedback on preparing procedures and guidelines, especially partnership guidelines with government, private sector, and individuals.
- Find effective solutions for problems and obstacles related to partnership agreements.
- Coordinate and process the sending of trade agreements to company partners and related sections.
- Build and maintain coordination with relevant departments to solve issues and achieve company goals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and urgent reports on activities and achievements for the leadership.
- Perform any other duties assigned by authorized officials according to company laws and regulations.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
Education:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Law/Political Science, Financial Management, Accounting, or other related fields. A related master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
• At least one year of relevant work experience for a bachelor’s degree.
Other Skills:
• Strong speaking and writing skills in Dari or Pashto, and full familiarity with English.
• Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, and other necessary office and internet programs.
• Full knowledge of national laws (Labor Law, State-Owned Companies Law, Arzaq Company Charter, Trade Laws, etc.).
• Ability to communicate professionally with government and non-government organizations.
• Strong communication and understanding skills.
