Mr. Wahid-ur-Rahman has submitted an application to lease one jerib of vacant land located in Qala-e-Najjar, Khairkhana Mina, adjacent to Kindergarten No. 2. The said property is owned by the state-owned Corporation of Arzaq. The proposed monthly rental amount is AFN 12,200.

All eligible individuals and companies who require the aforementioned property and are willing to offer a higher monthly rent are hereby invited to submit their applications to the Property Management Department of the state-owned Corporation of Arzaq, located adjacent to the Central Silo, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants must also be present on the day of the tender (auction).

The official terms and conditions document may be obtained upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee. A cash security deposit shall be required from participants.
