Auction / Tender Notice

The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, under the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, intends to lease its property consisting of one large hall, three rooms, two corridors, and one kitchen, located opposite the Central Silo, at a minimum monthly rental price of AFN 42,000 (Forty-Two Thousand Afghanis).

Eligible individuals and companies interested in leasing the above-mentioned property and willing to offer a higher rental amount are requested to submit their applications to the Property Management Department of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, located adjacent to the Central Silo, within 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants are also required to attend in person on the scheduled date of the tender (public auction).

The tender documents may be obtained upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee. A cash security deposit will also be required.
