Mr. Sayed Abdul Wali has applied for the lease of three warehouse shops and a State-owned Corporation of Arzaq land area measuring 8,310 square meters, located in Charikar City, District 4, opposite the Municipality Market, for a monthly rent of AFN 60,000 for a period of three years.

Eligible individuals and companies who are interested in the above-mentioned property and are willing to offer a higher rent may submit their applications within 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement to the General Directorate of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq of Parwan Province, located in Charikar City adjacent to Kabul Port, and should personally attend on the auction day.

The prepared terms and conditions document may be obtained and reviewed in exchange for a fixed non-refundable fee. A cash guarantee deposit will also be required.
