Thirteen Types of Food Supplies Delivered to Kabul Polytechnic University Dormitory
The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, affiliated with the General Directorate of Companies, recently delivered 13 types of essential food supplies to the dormitory of Kabul Polytechnic University in accordance with its core activities and business plan.
Jan Mohammad Omari, Director of Project Implementation at the company, stated that the shipment included 26,840 kilograms of rice, 10,065 kilograms of cooking oil, 3,579 kilograms of beans, 447 kilograms of chickpeas, 2,147 kilograms of table salt, 3,489 kilograms of sugar, 201 kilograms of green tea, 11 kilograms of cardamom for tea, 40 kilograms of cumin, 40 kilograms of cooking spice mix, 27 kilograms of turmeric, 67 kilograms of qorma spice mix, and 1,342 kilograms of tomato paste.
Omari added that the food supplies were handed over to the responsible official of the university dormitory in the presence of inspection committees representing both parties.
It is noteworthy that, under existing contracts, the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq regularly delivers food supplies to university dormitories and a number of other government institutions across the country.
