8 Types of Food Items Delivered to Balkh University Dormitory

Mohammad Kazem Mahdi Yar, the General Director of State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq in Balkh province, stated that on the last day of the past week, 8 essential food items were delivered to the dormitory of Balkh University.
He added that these food items were handed over to the dormitory's responsible official in the presence of an inspection delegation.
According to him, the food supplies included 1,938 kilograms of rice, 536 kilograms of oil, 214 kilograms of sugar, 1.7 kilograms of turmeric, 66 kilograms of tomato paste, 4 kilograms of mixed spices, 500 grams of cardamom tea, and 2.5 kilograms of cumin.
Mahdi Yar emphasized that the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq projects in Balkh province are progressing systematically and are continuously monitored and evaluated by the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq management.
Additionally, alongside the food delivery process, Mahdi Yar also visited the Boys' Training Center in Balkh province that day.
He assessed the students’ cooking process, bread distribution, food quality, and kitchen cleanliness, and provided a series of recommendations to the center’s management.
