Board of Directors Meeting of the State-Owned Supplies Company Held
The Board of Directors meeting of the State-Owned Supplies Company was held at the company’s headquarters, chaired by Hamidullah Abdullahi.
Participants included Mawlawi Mohammad Ajmal Idris, representative of the Ministry of Commerce; Abdul Latif Yousafzai, representative of the Ministry of Economy; members of the Board of Directors; the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mawlawi Abdul Razzaq Rafi; the Director of Finance and Administration, Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh; and the heads of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Commercial Development, and Properties.
During the meeting, CEO Mawlawi Abdul Razzaq Rafi presented his views and proposals regarding improving the effectiveness of the company’s operations and advancing its progress.
Several important topics related to the company’s development and further improvement of services were discussed at the board meeting. The agenda included discussion of the company’s financial matters, the pricing process for the company’s central and provincial properties, the establishment of an electrical system to ensure safe storage of food items in warehouses, installation of security cameras, and placement of Conex containers within the company compound. These items were approved by the Board, and necessary decisions were taken.
At the end, the Chairman of the Board, Hamidullah Abdullahi, delivered remarks and analytical observations on the company’s improved progress, and the meeting concluded with a closing prayer.
