State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Delivers Food Supplies to Syed Jamaluddin Afghan University Dormitory in Kunar and Khalid bin Walid Higher Darul Uloom in Badghis
The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, operating under the General Directorate of State-Owned Enterprises, delivered essential food supplies yesterday to Khalid bin Walid Higher Darul Uloom in Badghis Province and to the dormitory and religious complex of Syed Jamaluddin Afghan University in Kunar Province, as part of its core activities, services, and business plan.
According to information provided by Arzaq officials in the aforementioned provinces, the food supplies were procured based on the needs and requests of the relevant institutions and handed over to the respective institutions in the presence of an inspection delegation. The delivered supplies included rice, beans, cooking oil, sugar, and several other essential food items.
Karim Khan Kalyawal, Director of Arzaq in Kunar Province, stated that the food supplies were delivered at the request of the officials of Syed Jamaluddin Afghan University to meet students’ needs during the months of Mizan, Aqrab, and Qaws.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Jan Yousufi, Director of Arzaq in Badghis Province, stated that, in addition to dry food supplies, a number of fresh fruits and vegetables were also delivered to Khalid bin Walid Higher Darul Uloom in the province.
Officials of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq say that procuring and delivering food supplies to meet the needs of state institutions is one of the company’s key services and activities. They added that the required food supplies are procured and delivered on time and at a high standard of quality.
