PUBLIC NOTICE / AUCTION (LEASE TENDER)

Mr. Gul Mohammad Mawazi has submitted an application to lease one (1) jerib of vacant land situated in Qala-e-Najjarha, Khair Khana Mina, adjacent to Kindergarten No. 2. The property is owned by the State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ. The proposed monthly rental amount is AFN 12,200 (twelve thousand two hundred Afghanis).

All qualified individuals and companies who are interested in leasing the above-mentioned property and are willing to offer a higher rental amount are hereby invited to submit their applications to the Property Management Department of the State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ, located adjacent to the Central Silo, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice. Applicants are also required to attend in person on the designated date of the auction (bidding session).

The bidding documents (terms and conditions) may be obtained upon payment of a prescribed non-refundable fee. A cash bid security (guarantee) will be required from participants.
