Interview Examination Conducted for the Position of Business Advisor at the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq
Some time ago, a written examination was conducted through an open competitive process to fill the vacant position of Business Advisor at the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq. The answer sheets were subsequently reviewed and evaluated by the examination assessment committee.
Following the evaluation process, candidates who obtained the highest scores were invited to participate in the second stage of the recruitment process, and today they underwent an interview (oral examination).
The interview was held in the company’s conference hall in the presence of the Directors of Finance and Administration and Business Affairs, members of the examination committee, and a representative of the General Directorate of State-Owned Enterprises.
Shadi Gul Sahibzada, Acting Head of Human Resources Affairs at the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, stated that a total of 28 candidates participated in the first stage of the competition. After the evaluation of the answer sheets, 16 candidates qualified for the second stage and were invited for the oral examination.
According to him, once the interview process is completed, the candidate who achieves the highest overall score will be appointed to the position.
It is worth noting that the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq consistently strives to recruit qualified and professional individuals through open competition and transparent, merit-based examination processes.
