Legal Advisor of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Officially Starts Work

Abu Zar Khpalwak was officially introduced as the Legal Advisor of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, to department heads, managers, and staff, and has formally begun his duties.

The introduction ceremony was attended by Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Head of Financial and Administrative Affairs; Mawlawi Syed Nik Mohammad Motasim, Head of Commercial Development; as well as heads and managers of various departments of the company.

Abu Zar Khpalwak secured the position through open competition and was appointed under Decree No. 147 of the General Directorate of State-Owned Corporations.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and previously served as President of Karwan University, Deputy Academic Affairs Officer, and lecturer at Gharjistan University in Zabul.
