On the Property of State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ – Located in Imam Sahib Bandar, Central City of Kunduz Province
State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ intends, in accordance with the Law on Public-Private Partnership (PPP), to construct a modern five-story commercial market on its property measuring 8,000 square meters, located in Imam Sahib Port, the central city of Kunduz Province.
Eligible individuals and companies interested in participating and investing in this project may submit their proposals, in accordance with the PPP law, with a higher investment amount and shorter contract duration, within 28 days from the date of this announcement, to the following addresses:
- Property Directorate of State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ – next to the silo, District 3, Kabul City
- State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ Representative Office – Imam Sahib Bandar, District 4, Central City of Kunduz Province
Participants may obtain the related bidding documents upon payment of a fixed (non-refundable) fee. A cash guarantee will also be required according to the bidding documents and after the evaluation of proposals.
