The Properties of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq in the Kampani Area of Kabul

As part of its real estate and commercial plans, State-owned Corporation of Arzaq presents information to esteemed readers about its property in the Kampani area of the capital, Kabul.

Among the existing properties of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, one of the significant assets is a 5,887.9 square meter plot of land located in the Kampani area, west of Kabul's Fifth District. This property belongs to State-owned Corporation of Arzaq.

Three decades ago, eight large warehouses were built on this land in a solid and structured manner. However, due to the civil wars, these warehouses were destroyed, leaving only remnants of their walls. Despite this, during previous administrations, the property was protected from illegal occupation and remains under the ownership of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq.

The State-owned Corporation of Arzaq is responsible for managing and safeguarding this property. Currently, this land has been leased for commercial activities and projects, enabling numerous citizens to run shops and other income-generating activities.

The leadership of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq is striving not only to enhance its core activities but also to create more job opportunities and services for the people, thereby contributing to the economic growth and development of the country.
