Job Purpose:
To coordinate and manage the sales of products, provide effective customer service, and ensure the company logo is used on all products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly work plans according to department and company goals.
- Ensure correct performance of all shop-related sections.
- Assist shop staff with sales and stock management, and ensure documents and procedures are correct.
- Protect and maintain shop goods and monitor daily activities.
- Prepare sales plans, handle customer complaints quickly, and ensure proper and professional recording of sales.
- Ensure health and safety rules are followed in the shop environment.
- Prepare reports when needed for the related directorate.
- Perform other tasks assigned by authorized officials according to company policy and law.
Coordination Duties:
• Maintain communication and coordination with internal and external departments to improve financial, revenue, and budget processes.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
Education:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related fields. A relevant master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
• 2–3 years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of related work experience with a master’s degree.
Other Skills:
• Strong speaking and writing skills in Dari or Pashto, and familiarity with English.
• Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, QuickBooks, and other necessary office programs.
• Management and financial skills.
• Good knowledge of national laws (Labor Law, State-Owned Companies Law, Tax Laws, Arzaq Company Regulations).
• Ability to communicate professionally with government and non-government organizations.
• Strong communication and understanding skills.
