The State-owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to lease a vacant plot of land measuring 2,000 square meters, which is the property of the company, located in Qala-e-Najjarha, Khair Khana Mina, adjacent to Kindergarten No. 2, for a monthly rent of 12,200 Afghanis.

Eligible individuals and companies who are interested in the mentioned property and are willing to offer a higher rental amount may submit their applications within 14 days from the date of this announcement to the Property Management Department of Arzaq Company, located near the Central Silo, and be present on the day of the auction.

Interested individuals or companies may obtain the relevant terms and conditions document upon payment of a non-refundable fee. A cash security deposit will also be required.
