Two bidding sessions were held in the company’s conference hall.
Yesterday, two bidding sessions for leasing properties belonging to the State-Owned Food Company were held in the company’s conference hall, in the presence of representatives from the General Directorate of State-Owned Companies, the Food Company, and a representative from the Ministry of Finance’s Property Department. This auction had previously been announced social media.
The auction included the leasing of one shop (No. 8) located in Nawabad Deh Kipak, as well as four rooms Shop No. 10 located opposite the Central Silo. The bidding process was conducted transparently in the presence of the participants.
The first session was held before noon, during which bids were submitted for the four rooms of Shop No. 10 opposite the Central Silo. Two bidders participated in this session; however, due to the quorum not being met, the session was declared inconclusive and postponed to the next stage.
The second session was held in the afternoon regarding the bidding for Shop No. 8 located in Nawabad Deh Kipak. Four bidders were present in this session, and as a result, one individual named Alif Shah was announced as the winner of the auction for the shop.
It is worth mentioning that the properties of the State-Owned Food Company are announced for investment and leasing through a bidding process, and these sessions are conducted transparently in the presence of company representatives and bidders.
