Job Purpose:

To manage warehouse operations, keep accurate product records, and complete orders according to company policies.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare a work plan in line with the department plan to achieve company goals.
  2. Receive and inspect materials stored in the warehouses.
  3. Package and store food items received from designated places.
  4. Keep accurate records of inventory levels.
  5. Regularly count physical inventory and match it with system records.
  6. Follow health and safety rules in warehouse management.
  7. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  8. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely registration and distribution of food supplies.
  9. Perform any other tasks assigned by authorized officials according to company rules.
 

Coordination Duties:

• Communicate and coordinate with different internal and external departments to better manage financial, revenue, and budget matters.


Education, Experience, and Skills:

Education:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, or other related fields. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:
• 2–3 years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of related work experience with a master’s degree.

Other Skills:
• Strong speaking and writing skills in Dari or Pashto, and basic English skills.
• Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, QuickBooks, and other office software).
• Management and financial skills.
• Knowledge of national laws (Labor Law, State Companies Law, Tax Laws, Arzaq Company regulations).
• Ability to communicate professionally with government and non-government organizations.
• Good communication and understanding skills.
