Investment Tender Notice on the Property of the State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ

The State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ intends, in accordance with the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Law, to construct one car wash and six modern shops through a public–private partnership on a 590 square meter plot of land located in front of its administrative building, situated in the center of Shiberghan city, Jawzjan Province, along the Sar-e-Pul–Shiberghan public road.

After completion of construction, the company will enter into a contract with the constructing company or individual, renting the property for a monthly rent of 15,000 AFN.

Eligible individuals and companies interested in participating and investing in the above-mentioned property are invited to submit their plans and proposals in accordance with the PPP Law, offering higher investment amounts, higher monthly rent after construction, and a shorter contract period, within 28 days from the date of announcement publication, to the Property Management Directorate of the State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ, located next to the Central Silo, District Three, Kabul City, or to the representative office of the State-Owned Corporation of ARZAQ at Sar-e-Pul Port, Shiberghan City, Jawzjan Province.

The bidding documents can be obtained in exchange for a specified, non-refundable fee. The required guarantee, in accordance with the bidding documents, will be collected in cash after the analysis and evaluation of proposals.
