Interview exam Assessment Conducted for Vacant Provincial Management Positions

Recently, in order to fill the vacant positions in the provincial management offices of Arzaq Company across seven provinces (Kandahar, Farah, Badakhshan, Baghlan, Maidan Wardak, Balkh, and Ghor), a written examination was held with the participation of 62 eligible applicants.
Subsequently, over the past two days, oral interviews were conducted for the candidates who had obtained the highest scores in the written exam.
The interview process was held in the presence of Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs of Arzaq Company, Mr. Mohammad Amin Sahibzada, Director of Commercial Affairs, the designated Examination Committee, and Mr. Aziz Ahmad Nazari, Representative of the General Directorate of Emirati Companies.
According to Mr. Shadigul Sahibzada, Acting Director of Human Resources, the written exam was conducted six days ago, and among the 62 participants, 28 candidates with the highest scores were shortlisted for the oral interviews.
He further stated that none of the applicants from Farah province were able to achieve the required passing score in the written assessment.
The vacant positions pertained to the departments of Finance, Administration, Property Management, and one General Management post across the aforementioned provinces.
