Invitation to Bid (Public Auction Notice)

The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to lease out its warehouse (hangar), located in Paktiya Kot, Pul-e-Charkhi, adjacent to the Spin Ghar Oil Factory, at a starting monthly rental price of AFN 122,500.

Eligible individuals and companies interested in leasing the above-mentioned property and willing to offer a higher rental amount are invited to submit their applications to the Property Management Department of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, located next to the Central Silo, within 21 days from the date of publication of this announcement. Applicants are also required to attend the public auction on the scheduled date.

The bidding documents (Terms and Conditions) may be obtained upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee. A cash security deposit will be required.
