The State-owned Corporation of ARZAQ hereby announces its intention to lease out one shop (No. 31), situated in district 11, Khairkhana Mena, which is under its ownership, at a monthly rental rate of AFN 9,100.

All eligible individuals and legal entities interested in the aforementioned property, and willing to offer a higher rental amount, are invited to submit their applications to the Property Management Department of The State-owned Corporation of ARZAQ, located adjacent to the Central Silo, within a period of twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice. Applicants are also required to be present in person on the scheduled tender/auction date.

The official terms and conditions document may be obtained upon payment of a specified non-refundable fee. A cash deposit shall be required as a guarantee.
